Personally, I find it laughable that they'd make such a claim while running a generative AI service, which requires actual fucking scraping and has rendered the concept of self-hosting websites virtually untenable without the use of Anubis or the like. I also can't fathom them having any legal ground to tell users how they can parse their website on their own goddamn computers, but I also know that our laws are almost entirely written to favor the interests of capitalists.
