AI is fucking draining my IQ. SO Im practicing coding exercises a lot more than I use to. Anyone else just working on shit manually without using AI as a crutch?

Yes. LLMs often generate things that don't fit well with my personal projects. It's okay to use LLMs, but don't let them replace your Style, which is more than just the way you write programs, but rather the way you think and the way you approach life.

Retard. You are supposed to use AI instead of coding manually. You’re a transgender snailcat and you will be left behind, plus you will be replaced

Nah, I've definitely been relying too much on AI. I've been running NixOS and relying pretty extensively on Emacs or Neovim as the mood strikes me for editing, so it's too tempting to turn to AI when I get stuck because I just want my shit to work. I do make a point of reviewing what it outputs and trying to learn from that, but I know goddamn well that that isn't as effectively as actually doing.

I've heard good things about Exercism, so I'll probably give that a shot. I'm a little disappointed that they don't offer anything for Nix, so I'll just have to learn that the hard way, but they do have exercises for Elisp and Lua, along with some other essentials like C, Python, Bash and Javascript, so that will still help me quite a bit.
