Haven't spoken to a woman who wasn't a cashier or related to me since middle school.

I'm White, 26 years old, have 100k+ USD in savings, cush job, nice apartment, exercise every day, no friends anymore, not that close with family.

It's social anxiety mostly. Would coke/meth or prescriptions help before going out and talking to people? Not interested in being an SSRI zombie just yet.

Get out of the house. Force yourself to meet people. Meet coworkers, neighbors. Join a club, church, team, class, gym. You won't click with a lot of them, but it's a numbers game. The more people you know as "say hi to" acquaintances, the more from among them will evolve into "stop and chat" level and the more of those into friends. And among them will be a percentage who are female-type people.

That aside, if you aren't a shill just finding an excuse to post that image as the OP as some roundabout propaganda (pic related), all I can say is that through the internet, I've managed to talk to a couple of cool people, one of which I kind of hope to get to know better, but I've only moved so far as to actually use my voice to talk to them. For a very long time I was avoidant of things like voice chats, and I haven't moved further than that, nor really been able to in my life, since I've had no friends since I was 14, just due to life circumstances largely beyond my control. I don't know what's best for you but if you don't close off your opportunities you might give rise to the occasion for socializing.

I don't think there's a way out of this. jUsT gO oUt is a fucking meme because I've tried going to many different places and I never met any friends, let alone dates.

Interaction with women is one of the most terrifying things I had to do. It happened once in 2018 when I was buying groceries. She told me something about coupons but I was too shaken to pay attention. I stammered something like "I don't have any" almost crying and avoiding eye contact. Luckily I managed to safely return home, but that experience scarred me to this day. I hope it will never happen again.
