OP
I’ve managed to cut my daily screen time by at least an hour and a half, specifically by doing low-impact cardio, jumping rope and dancing. I do three 30-minute sessions of physical activity every day (which are in total over 10 hours a week). Since then, I’ve felt more balanced and my sleep has improved rapidly. The big advantage of cardio is that you don’t need recovery days. I do the same exercises daily and my body is ready to go again after just one day. Sure, cardio won’t turn me into a muscle-bound bodybuilder, but I don’t care about that. I wanted to show with this post that even seemingly small steps can make a huge difference. It’s worth taking action, even if it’s just a little bit. With a small daily habit, you will make a huge difference in the long run.
